Any money given directly to your Apex instructor either Cash or Via Bank transfer is the responsibility of that Instructor to give the full amount of lessons paid for within a responsible time period. Any refund requests are with the instructor direct as the transactions are with the Instructor. Any disputes please contact Apex Driving School direct on 07956229752.
Please be aware that there is a 48 hours cancellation policy. If a pupil cancels with less hours to go until the next lesson then they will be charged for the whole duration of that lesson. But we ask the Instructor to review the circumstances of the cancellation and it’s up to their discretion to enforce this policy or not
